The founding of Zhejiang Ausen Industry Co., Ltd. was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government in September 2003. It is a large-scale enterprise engaged in sofa and textile R&D, design, production and sales. The company is located in Haining, Zhejiang Province with a registered capital of CNY 150 million and has a factory area of about 100,000 m². The company concentrates mainly in high-end smart sofas and fabrics and serves mainly for the high- and middle-end consumer markets in Europe and America. In 2011, the company created its own brand "soulfulhouse", which has been widely favored by consumers since its launch on the market.

It has established its own marketing team in the United States with a terminal market.
